(formerly Lanzhou Ruide Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) was formerly the state-owned Lanzhou Fenglei Machinery Factory (state-owned 4502 Factory), a military enterprise established in 1969. It was invested by Lanzhou Herit Group in June 2010 to develop, produce, and sell cutting, grinding, polishing and other special equipment and auxiliary products, as well as overall solutions. The company is located in the Science and Technology City of Suzhou High-tech Zone, covering an area of about 208 acres. It has a single mechanical processing and assembly plant of nearly 50,000 square meters, a scientific research building of 12,800 square meters, and advanced production, assembly lines and inspection equipment. The product applications involve semiconductors, solar energy, sapphire, silicon carbide, optical optoelectronics, compound semiconductors, crystals, ceramics, metal components, magnetic materials and other industries, aiming to provide customers with integrated system solutions and create greater value for customers. Through the development of new products in 2014, the X07 M220x350-1D-O high-speed multi-wire cutting machine is based on the 300 and 400 multi-wire cutting machine products. It is suitable for the process requirements of sapphire diamond wire high-speed cutting, and through structural optimization design, especially in the aspects of wire retraction and tension control, the system control calculation is carried out to make the product stable under high-speed cutting state. This model is mainly aimed at the sapphire industry and is an ideal sapphire cutting equipment. The X07 M220x650-1D multi-wire cutting machine product is being verified by the prototype. This model is mainly aimed at the diamond wire multi-wire cutting of monocrystalline silicon in the solar industry. The product has a large installed capacity and a good appearance under high-speed cutting state, which can reduce cutting costs and achieve environmentally friendly cutting. For a long time, the company's multi-wire cutting machine roller slotting has mainly relied on external collaborative processing, with high manufacturing costs, large quality fluctuations, and delivery time that cannot meet customer needs. In response to this situation, the technology has formed a slotting process route design through systematic analysis and process planning. Through many experiments, on the basis of mastering machine tools, process parameters, tools, program design and compensation, measurement, data comparison, etc., solutions to existing problems are planned to ensure the slotting quality.
